Coastal Mountain Sport Haus

Vernonia, Oregon

August 9-11, 2019

Farm meets river meets woods, the CMSH is the perfect place to get away and just be.  Treat yourself to delicious food (that you don't have to cook), gracious hosts, comfortable surroundings and a river that welcomes you to sit in and relax because it is just shallow enough.

Now just breathe.

DANCE! DANCE! DANCE!

Joanna Dorchuck and Lisha Keeble, CRU

Disco Ball

Joanna is a lawyer.  Lisha is an esthetician and makeup artist.

These are their day jobs.

But their passion is dancing and more specifically, choreography.  So they teamed up and created CRU, a celebration of  connectivity and  joy through dance. CRU is a mobile dance party, specially created for gatherings of dancers of all kinds, ages and abilities. CRU was sparked by Lisha and Joanna's mutual love of dance and their belief that dancing in unity generates infectious happiness.

I have known Joanna for years and when I heard she and Lisha had officially started this endeavor, the next sentence I spoke was "They need to be at the August retreat!"

Exclamation Point! Exclamation Point! Exclamation Point!

We are THRILLED that Joanna and Lisha will be sharing their passion with us on Saturday evening. After dinner (and maybe a bit of wine),  they will lead us in a few choreographed hip hop dances. Comfort zones and judgements not allowed. The way we see it, you can never have too much unity or infectious happiness.

What your stay includes.

Cost includes a 2 night stay in comfortable lodging, in a  “home away from home” kind of way but you don’t have to lift a finger. Nature abound. Relaxation a must. All meals included and you are responsible for none of them. Walks in the woods.  Sitting in the river. Lounging in the adirondack chairs or sitting in the hottub.

Great conversation and time.

You are given time.

Your stay also includes a grounding meditation and a group reading with Anna Cohen. On Saturday, she will guide us through a class on connecting with our intuition. On Saturday evening, Joanna and Lisha of Cru will show us some sweet dance moves and on Sunday morning,  our hostess, Sandy, will lead us in yoga. This weekend would not be complete without a Circle.

In Bloom

Psychic Medium + Energy Healer

Anna and I met years ago at a wedding. She designed the dress and I designed the wedding. That was the beginning. Somewhere in the in-between years of then and now, the Universe was secretly bringing us back together so we could create these retreats.

Anna helps bring that "magic" I mentioned before and it will begin Friday with her beautiful grounding meditation and powerful group reading. If you were there last year or have worked with Anna before, you know how incredible this experience is! If not, you are in for a deeply healing and amazing journey. On Saturday morning, she will lead us through a meditative connection with nature and will follow with a workshop created to help hone our intuitive connection through various individual, group, and partner exercises.  We will work on deepening our inner sanctuary and foundation of internal trust by inviting a more attuned intuitive connection as we bring healing to ourselves and others in a safe and welcoming learning environment.

You may be thinking "Who? Me?"

YES. YOU!

No experience is necessary and  this is where the beauty lies. We DO have the experience. We ARE intuitive. We just may not tap into it all that often. This is a lesson worth learning.
