Group Sound Immersions are wonderful opportunities for rest, reprieve, tranquility and connection. During a Sound Immersion, various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls,gongs and various other instruments, fill the space, allowing you to move into a state of deep relaxation. Your body is offered the opportunity to release stress, relax, and shift frequencies, raising your vibrations. I have been so fortunate to share this work in some incredible spaces and I look forward to collaborating with others in the near future.

So many exciting things in the works! Some are already set in stone and others are beautiful ideas that are slowly being cultivated, every detail thought through and imagined, only to wait until the right moment to share.

I will be in Portland in the month of November as a featured guest at a retreat in the hills of the Pacific Northwest. You can also go to my offerings page and schedule an individual session. Space is very limited.

Want to collaborate and create your own event?
I create private group sessions. Whether it be a reprieve for employees or a gathering for lifelong (or newly formed) friendships. These sessions are a beautiful way to honor those who mean so much and do so much.

Come Prepared
When you attend a Sound Immersion, come prepared! The more relaxed the better. I suggest, at a minimum, a yoga mat, and a blanket (or two). I also encourage bringing a pillow, knee support, an eye pillow and warm layers, including cozy socks. Anything and everything that you need to relax and let go.
