Group Sound Immersions are wonderful opportunities for rest, reprieve, tranquility and connection. During a Sound Immersion, various instruments such as Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls,gongs and various other instruments, fill the space, allowing you to move into a state of deep relaxation. Your body is offered the opportunity to release stress, relax, and shift frequencies, raising your vibrations. I have been so fortunate to share this work in some incredible spaces and I look forward to collaborating with others in the near future.

Want to collaborate and create your own event? I create private group sessions. Whether it be a reprieve for employees or a gathering for lifelong (or newly formed) friendships. These sessions are a beautiful way to honor those who mean so much and do so much.

Come Prepared
When you attend a Sound Immersion, come prepared! The more relaxed the better. I suggest, at a minimum, a yoga mat, and a blanket (or two). I also encourage bringing a pillow, knee support, an eye pillow and warm layers, including cozy socks. Anything and everything that you need to relax and let go.
